Surrey/White Rock Make Children First (MCF)

Make Children First is a coalition of over 50 community and public agencies, who are committed to working together with families to improve the health, well-being and learning potential of young children during the first six years of life.

The Office of ECDL&C/MCF Coordinator has updated the strategic plan, community profile and research in a new report entitled "A Demographic Profile of Surrey's Children" (November 2009).

The initial report published by the Make Children First Coordinator is called “Valuing Our Children: Taking First Steps Together” (May 2004) outlines an early childhood vision, mission and strategic plan for Surrey and White Rock.
